India Whisky, Regina Cigars, and Divine Mercy – Episode 51

India Whisky, Regina Cigars, and Divine Mercy – Episode 51

We are Easter People and Alleluia is our song!

This week we try a first ever, India Whisky. Amrut Fusion was Jim Murray’s Third Finest Whisky in the World for 2010, Amrut Fusion is distilled from barley from Scotland and India, making this a true fusion of countries. What a delicious single malt! The notes of dark cherries and fruit on the front end and the oaky, smokey, and peaty on the finish. If you get a chance and find a bottle, do yourself a favor and pick it up.

Our man gear this week is a cigar. A good cigar is like tasting a good wine; you smell it, you taste it, you look at it, you feel it – you can even hear it. It satisfies all the senses. The cigars we had were from Regina Cigars. Men if you are a Catholic and love cigars, Regina Cigars is the place for you! They donate a portion of their profits to the persecuted church in the Middle East. Order some cigars from their website and let us know what you think! We know you won’t be disappointed.

Divine Mercy Sunday is this weekend! So we dive into the topic of mercy, what it is, the difference in mercy and forgiveness, the spiritual and corporal works of mercy, and much more.
